1v1 Arena Needs a Preparing up timer

i was in a 1v1 Arena match i had ready up to fight my opponent  and i waited for him or her to ready up so we can start to fight but the thing is that he or she would not Ready up to fight.

 

There needs to be a Ready up timer on Preparation for about 3-minutes to 5-minutes for Preparation if the Preparation timer runs out it will make you forfeit the match or will  make you ready up for the match

if people are going to queuing up and go AFK in the preparation of 1v1 arena match's they should be get ban for that

They should but this is NCSoft here they haven't a clue about proper management
