I know the title sounds harsh but please hear me out.

 

How many times now in this games very early life span in NA has your team failed to catch comparability issues with razer or that a patch COMPLETELY BROKE THE LAUNCHER.

 

Right now there are SO many people who can't even play the game meanwhile their premium time is burning and you refuse to do anything about it.

 

In the early stages of a launch like this, it is very important to set a good example. So what do you have?

 

People who can't play, spammers who laugh at your system and people watching popular streamers crash and crash and crash and crash...

 

Your development teams look like a joke right now and you need to start looking heavily at your testing department.

 

P.S. You guessed it, I can't play AT ALL because I crash every couple of minutes....yes I have followed every bit of your "fixes" and nothing works.
