Chat spoofing: "Unable to file a spam report because the subject was not found" FIXED! (see reply)

Almost all the spam bots in faction now are clearly not real characters; you can't view their character profile and whenever you try to report them you get the message I've put in the title. This is a grievous bug in the chat system, because this means the bots are able to circumvent the 10-level restriction put in earlier today. PLEASE fix this. As it is faction is too toxic.

there is another problem i log in and can choose my charcter and move but cant use skills @@ what is this ?!!!

OK, for the moment it looks like the latest hotfix fixed this issue! Horaay! If you are gettting tons of spam from characters that have names that look like random strings of characters, and you get the above error when you try to report them, restart your client to load the latest hotfix. This should get rid of them. I would also suggest emptying your block list after that too to get rid of all the spoof names, that way you'll have plenty of space to block the few real character bots still around (there aren't that many). All the real charcter bots can be reported.
