Will we recive keys and charms retroactively ?

Saw this on Maintanance

 

The amount of Hongmoon Keys and Hongmoon Unsealing Charms obtained from certain quests has been increased

 

I wonder if we are gonna get the keys and charms we missed out on retroactively or not. Don't have twitter so cant ask them there.

 

Would be totally sweet ^^
