Names and Quest Markers Vanish

Recently I've been having issues with names and quest markers vanishing randomly. I am able to turn them back on after relaunching, but after a while they vanish again.

I have read various issues on this same bug and have attempted to mess around with various AA settings, but none seems to correct the issue.
