Whats Servers are Full/Long queues?

Hey guys im trying to find out what server has average to high pop but not over crowded and with long queues.
I would make char on one of the new servers but population will drop down in a bit and often those servers become somewhat dead at that stage and since there no server transfers in the near future im trying to find a server that has good population but not to high, Any recommendations???

Made the mistake of making a char without knowledge of server status and have a 1k+ queue this morning so yeah not fun :p lol

Right now, Poharan has a 1222 non-premium / 359 premium queue. From 2-12 am EST there is no queue, if there is it's a very short wait time.. stays like that most of the day up until peak, which is 7 pm - 12 am EST. The queue has went down tremendously on Poharan these last few days, I don't know if it's due to people leaving the server because of all these gold spammers taking up all of both faction chats or if it's due to the hype slowly fading as expected.

Was on Old man Cho (Insert dirty jokes here) and its 1k queue atm so yeah a pain wish they just had server pop on select :(
