Probably it's used for changing weapon appearance. But it's just my guess.

I would like to know about these weapons too. And we cannot alter appearance with these. I wonder what they are for...

Tell me where the heck it says you cannot apply its appearance to another weapon? It clearly says EXPORT AVAILABLE http://scr.hu/19c2/6vzfd
