Hongmoon 3rd and 4th item from Quests?

I just got to the village with the Viridian valor stone NPC to trade with. Do we get the Hongmoon earring and Hongmoon ring from quests like the first two items? Or do I trade these viridian valor stones for them now? Thanks for any help!

You will get them from the quests by level 17 or so all at different times. (Earring, ring, necklace)
