Bounty System

I just watched the first 3 episodes of Blade and Soul the anime. I was wondering can there be a bounty system in the game? I would really love to earn money that way but obviously it would be difficult. Also are there going to be Mounts? Or atleast some item that gives infinite stamina for a period of time. Another thing, can they drop rate for quest items like the Serpent Calling Bell be higher? I got one early but thought it was useless so I sold. Now I've been farming but still haven't got it. I know I can craft it but that takes so long and i really am not a person to just run around that world using money to windstride.

Serpent calling bell is meant to be rare as it is not required to progress in the game, the windstride quests increase your stamina and give you new skills. But in general you don't NEED the ones that are hard to get.
