Hey,

 

AFAIK under the chill debuff the movement skills (like KFM's or Destroyer's jump attack) cannot be used. And it seems it's working. However the NPC blade masters can use their "2" skill (Rush) which is a "movement skill" after I hit them with the FM's RMB (Frost Palm) skill which applies the Chill debuff.

 

Is it a bug or a feature?
