NIce to know the devs are useless in helping us

I have messeged numerous devs asking for assistance with things such as server transfers or item transfers, They read my message and yet offer no type of assistance if only Blade and soul had an actual good company supporting it. At this point i feel like buying a founder pack was like supporting the second to worse company the 1st being garbage EA.

Maybe they are thinking about what to reply or maybe they want to reply to every single ticket they receive, you shouldn't be impatience.

You're asking them for stuff that GMs do and I bet they're swamped with similar messages.

 

If you check the dev tracker I bet you'll find your answer one way or another.
