i joined a clan today and i want to leave it, and i dont know how to

I never did this myself, but Press H, for "Ha, see you later." 

Then supposedly on the top where the icons are for crafting click the one that looks like 2 gears.

It should point you to the Guild/Clan message of that guild and below it should be a button you click to remove you from that guild/clan. It should be like this: H > Management > Leave.
