Server transfers from Jiwan PLEASE

Can we have free server transfers from Jiwan to other servers like how they had for Mushin. The queue times for Jiwan is crazy, usually my friends and I would be placed at 2000 something and it would take 4-8 hours to get in depending on how many premium members join the queue.

I would love to have the ability to transfer off the server too. All my friends and a couple of family members just started a day ago and are on the new Taywong server. I am stuch in a long queue as a premium because I do not want to lose my master pack items.

 

Is there any way to transfer those and start over at level 1 again on the new server?
