constantly logging into forum!?!?!?

almost every single time i change the page i have to re-log into the forum. most times i have to attempt to log in 3+ times just to actually login. this is extremely annoying. is it a common problem with chrome? is there a fix?? does ncsoft even know or CARE about it?
