The Student Bundle. I can't buy it.

I have the required NCoins to buy the Student Bundle, but it just says "Purchase Unsuccessful. Please try again later."

What gives?

Thanks for posting on the player to player support forum topic. 

 

For this issue I would recommend sending in a support ticket. Im sure they will be able to address this situation. Question though, have you tried to do this on another web browser?

Switching browsers did not help. My sister had no problem buying it last night on my computer, but it won't work for me today. Very upset.

I had an issue where I was trying to pay with my card and the page refused to load, swapped to paypal and it loaded immediately, is your issue happening after you go all the way through the payment or right at the start?

There is no problem with payment, I tried buying the other one to be sure, but got a "not enough coins" notice before it even got to the error I've been having with the student bundle.

because they implemented the High Risk Management something i don't know why they do that until now i can't load Ncoins!

I tried purchasing on the website too, but got errors. It worked perfectly fine for me buying it in game/through character selection though.

Digital Rivers, Inc. (the company that checks purchases) probably has you as high risk. I had the same issue trying to purchase Guild Wars 2. I had to buy Ncoins through Amazon. However, this made it where I still can't send mail to either myself or friends (which is a pain in the ass.)
