Game crashes after joining a dungeon

it's already the 3rd time my game randomly goes back to char selection when loading up a dungeon by searching in the cross-server, i had no connection issues while loading so i don't really know what's the issue here

Same issue here i tried it 3 times too lol! so stupid 3 times 1 hour wait time to get back in

if you wait 30 sec - 1 min outside the entrance, will not appear the loading screen and therefore will not have the error, but it does not completely eliminate the possibility that you appear and you fall as it may have details not they charged at all and appear as you navigate the site.

 

at least this is the solution that serves me a little of me, but the crash close my game, not return me to the char screen
