Student pack items lost?

Hi there, I accidentally deleted my character that I used the pack on, My question is, is there anyway to get my sunglasses back as it wont even let me purchase a second pack? Thats the only thing I care about as its only cosmetic.

I would say to send in a ticket asking is they could grant the sunglasses on the new character.

Yes thank you, I just did, idk why but I couldn't for the life of me figure out where to send a ticket xD
