Near constant d/c'ed when entering cave areas.

I play with a friend and nearly everytime we have to enter an instanced area she near always gets d/c'ed. Why is this?

is a common error who affects a lot of players all time (including me :c)... actually this isnt solved and make this gaame stressing

Wouldn't it be nice if they actually made sure the game is playable before releasing it? The insane queues don't help either.
