I try all of the forums and this problem persist, i shutdown anti-virus, firewall but none work... the same problem. pls help i want play this game u.u

Learn to read the 100 other post previously or the official announcements all over the bns twitter before flooding the forums with more. All NA servers are down.

Hmmm, well I don't get that message when trying to log in today - just enter my authentication then get the standard cannot connect to server, error 2000... message.

 

So it appears the OP may have a different issue.

End any process in task manager related to this..

nope, really i dont know what is generate this problem u.u i try delete all and reinstall but same problem, i send a ticket and try all the team say but nothing.

when opened the game i could play, after get crashed and start the problems. i have all requirements to play the game and all mi drivers are fine...

1. This error happens while installing/patching the game client.

2. Try to avoid a wireless connection and connect directly to your Modem with an ethernet cable

3.Open "Run" (windows button+R) type in msconfig and go to the tab "Services". Click onto "Manufacturer" to sort them and disable/uncheck all non-microsoft services - temporary (including your antivirus software)

8. Right click on it and go to "properties"

9. Open the "security tab"

10. Select your User and click edit

11. A new window will open. Now select your User again and tick the "full control" & "special permissions" option.
12. Click OK in both windows and wait until the changes have been applied

13. Reboot & try to open the launcher again.

 

Error 02018 // Cannot create file:

 

1. This error happens while installing/patching the game client.
2. "Just" need to hit "confirm" on the pop-up box and then start your update over and over again

*Side-Effect: Endurance goes up by 1
