Paid FULL character server transfers,

Will these ever be a thing? Seem like a lot of people want to transfer here on the forums. Think of all the $ that'd make.

They said they have no plans for paid server transfers.
I have NO IDEA why. Especially since there are so many full servers.
It is just more money in their pockets.
