Level gap and XP? (helping friends)

How does it work in blade and soul. if say a level 25 goes back to help a level 10. Would the level 10 get no XP?

Same with a 45 helping a level 20. No Xp?

Oh also curious  if it can work for dungeons? can a high level take lower levels through to help them gear and xp?

It should work, I had a lvl 41 assassin help me run through Blackram while I was still lvl 24.

Oh YAY! thanks! so that means friends can level apart from each other but still team later.
