Bought something from the ncshop and didn't get the item??

So I'm in SIN i bought the Ivory Bird outfit but after it confirmed the purchaser it took away the ncoins and didnt give my any premium points then after i check my trasure box the outfit is not there and even in the purchase history it said that the outfit was bought.

Yeah I am having difficulty navigating NCSOFTs website as well. I believe that whatever server is handling the monetary stuff is having issues. Just wait, if it doesn't show put in a ticket. It may take a day or two for them to get back to you but they will. (I have put in a lot of tickets about various things and they have decent, not good, but decent response time.)

Yea i guess so i went and logged in after the maintenance and saw the outfit in the treasure chest and it also gave me the premium points as well so everything is good ^.^
