Crashes on Revive

Quite often when i die and try to revive (and even cases when someone next to me tries to revive) the game crashes.

I posted the same problem yesterday and got lost in the posts here. Write your PC specs and if you have an integrated video card. It's a big problem cause even the summoner's cat resurrection  can trigger it...
