* Requires Lvl 25 to talk on faction chat ( many fakes person create a new character with new account to explain e flood, Gold spammers)
* be able to speak only 25-35 characters. 
*unable to speak after three submissions in chat. ( blocked to say anything for 30-40 seconds for say three more)

┌ Loading screen

* fix problem with loading screen ( It is slow and crashes )
*Imune for 3 seconds after loading is over ( for pvp faction, when finish loading screen you person already is dead again )
