What is wrong with this forum?

Does this forum even have cookies?  I logged in, 5 seconds later I had to log in again in order to post a reply.  Then a couple minutes later it made me login AGAIN in order to post a reply.  Then a minute later I had to login YET AGAIN in order to post this topic.

 

There really needs to be a login token/cookie with a TTL of at least an hour on this forum.

I do have some login issues with the forum..
And I know that you have to login again EVEN if you check the remember me box. I got that.
Just the constant signing out weirdly but when I refresh.. I'm actually logged in.. :/ very weird.
