The loading bar isn't moving

Added screenshot, at the very left I can just barely see the animation of the character running, but it'll never progress.

Might be a drive issue, I'm guessing you run from a HDD? Have you tried standing in front of a dungeon door (right next to it) for a while before entering?

It's not even that problem anymore, after I choose my character to log in. I'm stuck on that loading screen now.

It just doesn't move.
