Strange lags

So i only want to ask if anybody does experience lags too? Because i'm not sure if it's my fault or the servers. My internet is crap, but i was able to play Tera NA with a lot better performance, i'm form EU. I think this is because of the overpopulated servers, but the two new ENG servers are lagging too. And i don't have stable ping like 300-350. One moment everything is cool but then i get like 3 seconds of lag. Fighting mobs feels terrible and even doing NPC dialogues feels bad. I don't have problems in other online games (except LoL, but the EUNE server there is a joke). Also i'm not getting any DC so far.

 

I know this is stupid question, because with the launch situation it seems pretty logical with the queues and lags, but i need hope that this won't last forever. I really want to play this game, but it feels like it is just outdated korean version with servers in Korea, not Europe. And i'm not crying, i'm just worried.
