Where is the list of what the F keys do?

If I hadnt have looked online I wouldnt know that F4 brings up the friends list.

 

Where are the F key's listed in the menu's?

Press ESC and hover over icons you will see what every F key does .

Press O to bring up options, and look under Key Bindings.
