How do i fix this error?

Hello! 

I just wanted to ask, does anybody know how to fix this error? :(

 

 

I've been getting it whenever i try to launch Blade&Soul and then it closes down. Ive tried everything, turning off antivirus,proxy and also reinstaling but nothing works (and im sure its not because of my internet since its pretty fast)

i know but i've been getting it even before servers went down :(

If you're from Russia or one of the CIS countries, you're also IP blocked on top and have to use a VPN to connect.

this issue usually from conflicint antivirus, id add the bns client launcher etc, to your firewall and add the folders as an exception to your antivirus, but if you don't know how to do that, try playing without antivirus on and you should be fine
