Character Deletion & Forum SEARCH concern

The higher the level of the character the longer it takes to delete the character. Is it really required for us to wait 7 days or more? Why not just enter the account pin code? or setup a "character deletion pin code"?

 

Is it okay to have 2 accounts? Coz i have a level 20ish char and if a new server comes out then i would want to delete that and go to the new server, rather than waiting 2 days+, why not just make a new account right?

 

Sorry if i posted a topic that is already discussed here...where is the search option in this forum anyway?
