how to choose new server

how i choose a new server? i want to play with my friend but i am not in the server she in

At the end on character creation u can chose the server u want to play that character

That's is a good question to say the least,  I did take the time to put in quite amount of time in my character, but due to Mushin being over populated I would like to transfer without starting over or buying a Server transfer.

There isn't any way to transfer existing characters to other servers currently. You can however, transfer founder's pack items to other servers if you rolled on specific high POP ones (Mushin included). See here for more details.
