Smooth Frame Rate? Motion Sickness.

I've been having a lot of problems with motion sickness while playing BnS. The in-game FPS counter says that I'm getting 60FPS (with Vsync on), but I keep getting really abrupt frame rate drops and stuttering. I haven't been able to find a way to get a smooth frame rate even if I lower the graphics settings (not that I should really need to keep them low). Anyone have tips or suggestions?

uh...turn off vsync? and increase the frame limiter to max(120) lol

I get drops from 120fps to 30-40 out of the blue... this game is badly optimized, hope for a driver from Nvidia, because i doubt NCsoft will deal with this... AMD users are suffering to this day on Wildstar, and NCsoft just doesn't give a shit
