why does it take so long to get into the game

quick question should it take over a hour to log into the game? O_o

if your talkign about the splash screen, (the circle thing that pops up on yor dashboard when u press lanch game) then idk. for me it has taken a long time to launch, yesterday it took about 30 , min but tday its taking about 5-10 min
