Get to Level 45 but with only 28 skill points

o-o let's see.. skill points are given at lv 15 so..  you should have 32 (estimated) if I am correct. LOL bug?

I might be cause we have mixed skills right now, I can see, we have some level 45 skills at low level, which is incredibly affecting my combos in fights..

I mean I reset the skill tree it gave me 28 points so...wtf >.>

yeah like assassins get Dark Strike and Shadowslip at low level, well it might be me since I didn't try new client yet with assassins... only Warlock.. also you suppose to have 31 Skill Points, that's definatly a bug.

this also happen with my char im lv 18 at first i got 4 skill point after i reset its only give me 2 skill point
