Lag??? And black screen of death?

I have low ping: about 20~70, pretty much ok FPS: 45~60.

But the problem is i can't even auto attack, skills take more than 2secs to perform, i still have no idea what causes this.

And ya, Namsoyoo is so beautiful, her intro makes my screen went completely black, and i have to wait for 3k queue after....

do you happen to be running a computer with an ASUS motherboard?

Correct, is that a problem? Actually it's an ASUS laptop.
