Camera glitch when entering dungeon lobby and dungeons

It puts me into almost a first person view point and I'm unable to scroll the camera back out. Happens about half the time I join a dungeon lobby or a dungeon. Any ways to fix this?

Same thing just happened to me. I am a Lyn so the first person camera was low near the ground. :/ I'm not sure if I should join another party...
