Screen Freeze for 1-2 seconds

Hi so I'm having a problem where sometimes the game will either freeze or my frames drop to 0 for a second or two. It doesn't do it to often but enough to where it's a problem. Even more of a problem when im in arenas. Any help would be great! Tank you!

With fraps up and shadowplay plus the game the cpu is at 36%, ram at 34%.
