Can't delete my character

So i decided i would make a character for each class, level it up to 10, see how i liked the play style and then delete until i played each class. That kinda backfired on me since im stuck with 1 level 10 character and one lvl 3 character and i cant delete either one. I keep getting a message that says "Incorrect Input" when i type delete in the character box.

 

Any help?

make sure that the "D" in "Delete" is written in capital. So like "Delete" NOT "delete"
