Cross Server Whisper - NcSoft

Would be nice to implement a cross server whisper feature cuz well we can meet some nice guys from other server and enjoy playing with em some instances but there isnt rly a way to contact em only if both are in Dungeon finder. So plizz implement a cross server whisper so we can talk with each other even more.
