Disconnected from server (1000)(132,10060)

So after playing yesterday until level 19 everything was fine. Today i logged in played for about 1 hour. I came to entrance of Dragonblood Cave and when I tried to enter after 5 seconds waiting I got this message :Disconnected from server (1000)(132,10060) . I tried to log in about 10 times allways the same message after 10 seconds even when I just stand still in game. 

My pc specs are : 
Windows 10 - All drivers updated fresh install 2 days ago

CPU : intel i5 6600k 
Mainboard : Z170 Fatal1ty K4
GPU: Geforce GTX 750 Ti
RAM: 2x4gb DDR4 3000 mhz
HDD : Crucial MX200 250 gb
