Really iam very comfused abaout Server

Hello all guy ..I just make an account on http://www.bladeandsoul.com/en/ and i have take the 1st offer with 22.46 i thing to have a Head Start ...
But my really problem is " in which server i play" in Europe which i want OR the game Put me on US servers which i dont want cause iam from Europe and my friends is in them !!
I can choose where i want ??? Or this purchase i have done goes me on US ...Cause when i download the game i saw its al ready on North America !!!

In the Launcher you can choose which Server. Currently it should tell you North America, right? Klick on that and then you can choose Europe. 
Of course you have to patch all the files for EU now aswell to login.
