"[Update Error] Cannot Use File"

I'm getting error E02017 what is it says "please check whether the file is being used by another program or an anti-virus is denying access then restart the launcher. If this problem persists, please contact Customer Support at (Website link)." 

 

IDK what to do and I just wanna play BNS

I am getting the same error... such a tease.. Here I was thinking I finally got to play

Check your task manager for Blade and Soul running in the background.. I had 6 instances.  close them all then run the launcher
