I'm planning on playing on the following laptop: Intel® Core™ i7-4710HQ - 2.5 to 3.5 GHz turbo, nVidia GeForce GTX 850M
Is my spec strong enough to play without any fps drops on med. graph settings? (SSD/win 7)

Yep. Easily but I would recommend MSI Afterburner and CPU-Z...up to you. Keep in mind that no matter what your rig, MMOs are far from being optimized.
