Applied codes, but can't buy & sell on dragon express

Not sure if this is a bug or something else, but I applied my disciple pack codes, got my extra slot and stuff; however I can't sell my junk items on Dragon Express. It says I'm not a premium member. Everything else seems to be in order.

 

Also not getting my 5 Daily spins.

 

Any thoughts?

Same issue. Unable to use Dragon Express. (Bought upgrade to disciple) Codes have been applied.

Selling items through dragon express requires premium rank 4, disciple pack gives only lvl 3.

Also daily dash is not the same as in beta so 3 spins is probably normal for premium.

I have the Master Pack and was wondering about this, Rank 4. It displays I have the benefit, but when I go to the tab it says I have to see an npc in town, is this going to be fixed soon?
