tree fellers, can't gather paulownia tree cap

Where do I find the tree fellers quest? i can't gather the first paulownia tree sap, no option to right click it but someone said I needed the quest first

Quest is from the woman right next to the giant treefeller leader who let you join in Jadestone. Should have a blue quest arrow like everything else.

In the US/EU version we don't have Paulownia Sap. It is called Yula Magnolia. Though there is a bug right now that they failed to replace the name on all locations.
