Windrest locked?

Hi guys, I've just started my first character and I'm wanting to make it on Windrest. However, there is a locked symbol next to it and I can't join it. Can someone help me.

I know you are not dense and understand what it means, Windrest is the most populated server I am hearing and so is the one iam playing on

You won't even be able to play the game but instead sit around and wait in queue. Its locked because people can't even play it you should read the rage thread on people sitting around not being able to play.

Breh, I can't even get in freaking queue, it won't let me make it on the server. So stop being a condescending *cricket* and actual give some advice for this problem.
