Can't get pass the login screen

i was playing a couple of hours ago but when i try to log back in it keeps crashing after i try to login in. i dont get an error or anything, it just disappears after i click "LOG IN". and it doesn't seem to matter if i put in a vaild email/password or not either, the game seems to close regardless.  anybody have any clue to why this is happening?

If you have Windows 7

 

Try this: Right click the Blade and Soul Shortcut -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Compatibility mode check " Run this program in compatibility mode for:

Choose "Windows 7"

Further down is the "Privilege Level" Check "Run this program as an administrator"

 

that should work or at least help

i get  Disconnected from server.(2000)(132,10054)   ..after putting in pin. ... whatever that means :/ . its like that since they say "servers are live" .. so i wait and try :/
