Unable to bind Mouse 4 etc buttons

In every game I always bind mouse button 4 to auto-run instead of the default numlock key that everyone seems to use. Yet in this game, none of my mouse buttons seem to be mappable. 

I'm using Zowie FK1, but doubt that has anyhting to do with it.
