If you're MISSING your stuff, it means you didn't redeem it.

  1. Leave the forums and head back to the main Blade & Soul website.
  2. At the top of the page, if you're not already, log in.
  3. Click on 'My Account' and then 'Apply a Code'.
  4. Click into the 'Blade & Soul' tab and apply the codes you have there.
  5. After applying, the items are immediately sent to you in-game, no waiting.

This 100% also if you look everywhere they are saying to do this, put a little effort in and life is easy.

Yes, that's the obvious thing to do. Except... there are still some people who don't receive the items after doing so, and in which case: just contact support because no one seems to have found an alternative solution that isn't basically what they already did *cough* applying the code. 

 

Noticeably, many are missing their premium coins... (even after already applying all their codes)

Yeah, in those cases, contact support... I think that's been posted on their Twitter as well.

Oh sorry I must have misread, that is odd but if we know anything about NCSoft they support system is either very slow or no-existent.

 

Cheers, hopefully they find a solution.
