asusgamefirst.exe is causing the problem with delay

Ctrl + Alt + Delete and disable the service in the title will solve all you skill delays/lag.

Another note on this as well. I HIGHLY recommend you disable this from running on computer start-up. Otherwise you have to disable it ctrl+alt+delete style every time.

I need help here. Becoming really frustrated.
I have an Asus RoG laptop and have been experiencing the exact same combat action delay... but I cannot for the life of me find this asusgamefirst.exe or anything even remotely resembling the name.

I've looked in Task Manager, under Services. I've used the Search function to find anything with "gamefirst" in the title. I've checked under Uninstall Programs. There is nothing. I tried to see if maybe the program had alternate names, but couldn't find anything useful online.

Does anyone know what I can do? Please?!
